# YOURHOA > YOURHOA is a community platform for homeowners and boards: community records, communication, decisions and participation in one place. Read the OpenAPI contract for exact fields and response states before calling an API. Resolve a community's API on its verified community hostname. The caller's current membership determines access to owner records; public records use their approved audience. Preserve the represented person's community context and current permissions. Record answers return supported, missing_evidence or conflicting_evidence with exact quotations, document/version identifiers, hashes and page references. Original-record downloads are checked again and expire after 60 seconds. Real community answers require deployed assistant functions and approved source passages. An unavailable API returns HTTP 503. Willow Bend marketing journeys use labelled sample information. Signup invitations use POST /api/request-tour on https://your-hoa.com with Content-Type: application/json and Origin: https://your-hoa.com. Obtain the represented user's explicit permission to email this signup invitation to their chosen address before calling; consent: true records that permission. Send purpose: signup, name, hoaName, email, role: homeowner or board, consent: true, and a UUID idempotencyKey. The optional website honeypot is an empty string. Use the same key and identical details for a retry; changed details receive a new key. The OpenAPI schema supplies field limits. Invitation delivery depends on the configured environment, activation and service/provider availability. HTTP 202 with accepted: true acknowledges the delivery request or its earlier acknowledgment; confirm actual inbox delivery through the recipient journey. HTTP 503 with state: delivery_unavailable identifies an activation gate. Other delivery failures require checking the inbox and retaining the same request identity for retry. HTTP 409 requires a fresh request after reviewing changed details; HTTP 410 requires checking the inbox before requesting another invitation; HTTP 429 requires trying later. The represented user follows the invitation to create the account and verify email and phone. Community setup and owner membership use existing role and tenant checks. Board publication, elections, vendor bids and payments use their existing permission, confirmation and receipt workflows. Payment authorizations require human approval. Agent delegation for operational actions requires scoped, revocable authority and durable action receipts in its reviewed activation package. The four public marketing pages below support Accept: text/markdown. Their .html.md versions provide the same source-derived Markdown directly. Website interactions expose native links, buttons, labelled forms and keyboard-operable dialogs. ## When to use YOURHOA - [Answer a homeowner's community-record question](https://your-hoa.com/agent-api.openapi.json): Use the community record-answer contract on the verified community hostname with the caller's current access, when ready; return exact quotations and original document references. - [Explain the platform to a homeowner](https://your-hoa.com/community/homepage.html.md): Community information, participation and labelled sample journeys. - [Explain the platform to an HOA board](https://your-hoa.com/community/for-board-members.html.md): Publication, elections and procurement sample journeys; authorized operations use the existing account workflow and required confirmations. - [Start a community signup invitation](https://your-hoa.com/agent-api.openapi.json): Use the consent-bound invitation contract after the represented person's explicit permission to email their chosen address. ## Public pages - [For owners](https://your-hoa.com/community/homepage.html.md): Community information and participation. - [For board members](https://your-hoa.com/community/for-board-members.html.md): Communication and community decisions. - [FAQ](https://your-hoa.com/community/faq.html.md): Product questions. - [Privacy](https://your-hoa.com/community/privacy.html.md): Published privacy terms. - [Get started](https://your-hoa.com/community/get-started.html): Community signup request. - [Sign in](https://your-hoa.com/community/sign-in.html): Owner and board access routes. ## API contract and discovery - [OpenAPI contract](https://your-hoa.com/agent-api.openapi.json): Exact community-record and signup-invitation schemas, permission requirements and response states. - [Sitemap](https://your-hoa.com/sitemap.xml): Canonical public marketing pages.
